The room was spacious, and I loved having a mountain view. The beds were pretty comfy, which was a huge plus after long days. An empty fridge was nice too. I could keep my drinks cold. Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel was a fantastic base for our summer adventures, especially enjoyed the golf course and spa. Great breakfast with plenty of options. The location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
We had some trouble with room service not being up to par. The cleaning wasn't consistent and it took a bit longer than expected to get a response from housekeeping.

Loved our time at this hotel! The amazing views from our room and the friendly staff made our stay unforgettable. We really enjoyed the fitness center and took our dog along for all our adventures hiking and exploring Innsbruck.
